The article talks about how the Dokdo islands were put on dry cleaning bags to promote awareness about the dispute between Japan and Korea over the islands. The bags promoted Korea's claim to the land. The bags were made in South Korea but were bought and sold in New York. I thought it was an interesting way to promote this dispute, especially considering how far away New York is from Korea and from this dispute.
